Have You Completely Given up?

Have you accepted that you simply cannot lose weight? Have you tried various fad diets and are fed up with the lack of results? Have you spent too much money to count on various diet products to help you the lose weight?

When you hear the word “fast” (you know, when you are supposed to STOP eating), does it make you cringe? I thought I would never even go that route when trying to lose weight again. I thought there was no way I could ever just STOP EATING for a specific amount of time. I just knew I would be weak, hungry, and miserable. I WAS WRONG.

After confiding in a friend about my frustrations with my weight, she told me to read about Eat Stop Eat. I thought, “There is no way I am going that route.” Then late one night, after thinking about adopting yet another plan to get this weight off, I went ahead and typed “Eat Stop Eat” into my search bar on my computer. I will never regret that decision.

Please note that this is my review. If you wish to visit the Eat Stop Eat website, please click here.

Read on about MY PERSONAL SUCCESS with Brad Pilon Eat Stop Eat!

I was directed to Brad Pilon and his website and proceeded to read it. First of all, I could not believe his credentials. All the successes in his life are related to weight loss and being healthy. That really caught my attention. His goals of losing fat and gaining muscle and the philosophy that went with it REALLY ATTRACTED my attention. I kept reading.

It mentioned twenty minute workouts each day without a costly gym membership. It also talked about intermittent fasting. Maybe I could do this.

Why I Am Sharing My Eat Stop Eat Review

I then made a life-transforming decision…I bought Eat Stop Eat by Brad Pilon. I read the Eat Stop Eat book and already felt better about myself, before I even actually started the program! The Eat Stop Eat book was inspiring in itself. I just knew this had to work for me, because it made so much sense. All of the other diets I tried certainly made sense AT FIRST, and I just jumped in and tried them without giving much thought to the whole concept of the program. Now that I look back, I can see that I didn’t TRULY understand the science and methods behind those fad diets. I understood Brad Pilon and I agreed with his philosophy of Eat Stop Eat!

  • Purchasing the Eat Stop Eat book or Eat Stop Eat ebook

I loved the book because of the ease of reading. I could understand what Brad Pilon was conveying to me. The concepts were logical and inspired me to start my new life!

  • Fasting

I was no longer afraid of the “fasting” aspect of Eat Stop Eat. Eat Stop Eat promotes fasting for only one day per week. I could choose which day to fast! While reading and studying the Eat Stop Eat book, I became mentally confident and was ready to begin right away.

  • Exercise

The strength training, without even having a gym membership, helped me a lot. The strength training program is easy to do and only takes about 20 minutes a day. That sure beats spending 30-45 minutes a day of my precious time! In addition to the shorter amount of time working out, I saw more weight loss results! And I have more energy with the short bursts of strength training as compared to the hours at the gym per week.

I realized that fasting one day per week really was EASY. The Brad Pilon Eat Stop Eat program provides unbelievable instructional videos on the website and impeccable customer support. Brad Pilon is there for you throughout the duration of this program. Those facets of the Eat Stop Eat program definitely made me feel comfortable, knowing that he was there for me with my questions at any point in time.

The strength training did indeed work for me. Accompanied by the intermittent fasting, I could not believe how the weight fell off my body. My body was transforming for the better, one day at a time. My self esteem went through the roof as I saw the results. I felt so much more confident in the way I carried myself, as my clothes fit so much better and I could finally wear the outfits that once would not fit!!

By reading the Eat Stop Eat book, I felt like I had a weight loss army on my side, supporting me through my endeavor. I felt healthier, I had more energy, and best yet, I FELT SMALLER! I was smaller!!! People began to notice within the first few weeks and wanted to know what I was doing that was giving me such amazing, noticeable results that visibly made me happier. Of course, I told them Brad Pilon Eat Stop Eat was definitely what was working for me. I also told them to come read my Eat Stop Eat review on this website.

A Month Into The Program With Visible Results

I have been on Eat Stop Eat for about one month and can already fit into much smaller clothing. My weight has come off so rapidly, but not in an unsafe manner. I am continuing to use the Eat Stop Eat program and I am never looking back.

What a sensible way to lose weight and feel so energetic and healthy! The total package offers a 60 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with the results, so there’s absolutely nothing to lose…other than the weight. I truly wish I would have known about Eat Stop Eat by Brad Pilon sooner!

The support of Eat Stop Eat is incredible. You have options with this diet. You can get the book, or if you just don’t want to wait, you can get the Eat Stop Eat e-book, which can be at your fingertips with a quick download. The websites they give you in Eat Stop Eat provide you with the motivation and support to keep going, but my motivation and support was the fact that the weight was coming off of me once and for all! I wrote this personal Eat Stop Eat review to let all of my friends and family-and anyone else that is interested in losing weight-that I have found the program that works!

Alma, you got my wheels turning with your review. After reading it, I researched the internet, too. I’m going to try it! Thanks for your advice!

I’m smaller too, now! Alma, congratulations, first of all, on your success. Next, thank you for your review. I am so much happier now that I have lost the weight! I can completely understand why you would want to post your story on the internet. You should be proud. I know I am!

Fasting? No way!

admin September 26, 2010 at 6:40 am

I’m glad you mentioned the fasting. I thought the same thing. Eat Stop Eat is structured specifically to produce results. If it left you hungry-or starved, for that matter-you would fail tremendously, just like every other diet you have tried. Fasting is part of the program, however, I was never hungry. As a matter of fact, I felt more satisfied than any other diet I ever tried.

I happen to agree with Alma. Hi, Alma! I read your review and I want to say that you are the best! Eat Stop Eat worked wonders for me, and you are right…you are not hungry throughout the day-or week. You feel fulfilled and energetic. I lost 16 pounds!

The fasting part was easy. Take it from me, I lost 21 pounds and everyone is asking me how I did it. I tell them that Alma showed me the way. Thanks, Alma!

The fasting is only for one day, people. You’re not going to die. Besides, if you want to lose weight, you need to stop eating anyways! Alma, I have to hand it to you. Who thinks of posting a weight loss review to help other people? You were my inspiration through the whole program. I kept looking at your before and after pictures and telling myself that you did it, and so can I. I did! I lost 14 pounds and am still able to maintain Eat Stop Eat.

Hi Alma,
I just finished reading Eat Stop Eat and then googled reviews as I really wanted to see some success stories. Thank you for your lovely blog. As far as I am concerned, I just started my 24 hours of fasting.
Wish me luck and keep an eye out for my review once I have had some mind blowing results, just like you! I would love to hear how you are doing now with it and if you have incorporated it into your life for good.

I lost 14 pounds, too! Eat Stop Eat is the miracle that I was looking for. Nothing else worked for me. Thanks for telling us about it, Alma!

I was able to cut my workout program in half with Eat Stop Eat! Then, I started to lose the weight. Isn’t that ironic? I slowed down the amount that I was exercising-then I lost weight! Your review is the best, Alma. Thanks so much for caring enough to share.

Alma,

Thanks for the review. I have been using Juice fasting for about a year and had some great results with my longest fast being 22 days. I was searching the internet for a way to take my success to the next level when I came across Eat Stop Eat. Being an experienced faster, I thought a 1 day fast would be a piece of cake and I was right. I am completing my first 1 day fast and have my second planned for later this week. I am really excited to think that this program can actually get me the lean look I am seeking. I started at 275 lbs and now weigh under 200 and have lost a ton on body fat. I know that fasting is the best way to lose body fat while retaining muscle and it has so many other benefits. I look forward watching my body transform in time for summer beach season.

Hi Alma
Great review. Nobody should be hopeless in losing weight if they ever tried Eat Stop Eat. I’ve been doing it for four years, I lose weight and got rid of my bloating problem as well. Great product.

I am very curious about the Eat Stop Eat diet, and I enjoyed reading your review. My question for you (and anyone else who would like to comment) is this; I’m a runner. And that’s something I’m not willing to give up. I enjoy competing in races (running and adventure). Everything I’ve read about this diet (haven’t purchased it yet because I need this question answered) is about the fasting and strength training. What about cardio? If this diet requires you to give up runs, it’s just not for me. However, if you can just avoid runs on the one or two days you fast (or not at all) I think I’ll give it a try. Any runners have comments?

sheeny June 6, 2011 at 2:26 pm

JJ, I still run on eat stop eat. It is also safe to do on fasting days. ESE emphasizes that all physical activity can be incorporated and a variety is encouraged, but adds that strength training is must for fat loss.

I strength train on fasting days, a habit from the warrior diet that I practiced for two year. I am loosing inches all over my body, but my weight has not gone down. I attribute this to the gaining of muscle. Any suggestions or thoughts?

Paige August 10, 2011 at 11:02 am

@sheeny
Hi Sheeny, I just had a little light bulb moment when you said you’re losing inches but not weight. Let’s keep in mind that fat is what increases our inches. I think it’s because when you do the ESE, you lose the “fat storages” and gain muscle. And if I remember correctly, I think muscle outweighs fat, so the reason to why that’s happening to you is probably because you are gaining muscle while losing the fat. (I am not sure if that made any sense.) And congratulations Alma and everyone else, I’m happy for all of you! ^^ I will try this out, wish me luck <3

Eat Stop Eat, gave my workout plan a new hope. I did not have to spend much time with the my workout routines. You need to check this program and you will see how Alma gained her weight loss goals.
