Eat Stop Eat, gave my workout plan a new hope. I did not have to spend much time with the my workout routines. You need to check this program and you will see how Alma gained her weight loss goals.

@sheeny
Hi Sheeny, I just had a little light bulb moment when you said you're losing inches but not weight. Let's keep in mind that fat is what increases our inches. I think it's because when you do the ESE, you lose the "fat storages" and gain muscle. And if I remember correctly, I think muscle outweighs fat, so the reason to why that's happening to you is probably because you are gaining muscle while losing the fat. (I am not sure if that made any sense.) And congratulations Alma and everyone else, I'm happy for all of you! ^^ I will try this out, wish me luck <3

JJ, I still run on eat stop eat. It is also safe to do on fasting days. ESE emphasizes that all physical activity can be incorporated and a variety is encouraged, but adds that strength training is must for fat loss.

I strength train on fasting days, a habit from the warrior diet that I practiced for two year. I am loosing inches all over my body, but my weight has not gone down. I attribute this to the gaining of muscle. Any suggestions or thoughts?

I am very curious about the Eat Stop Eat diet, and I enjoyed reading your review. My question for you (and anyone else who would like to comment) is this; I'm a runner. And that's something I'm not willing to give up. I enjoy competing in races (running and adventure). Everything I've read about this diet (haven't purchased it yet because I need this question answered) is about the fasting and strength training. What about cardio? If this diet requires you to give up runs, it's just not for me. However, if you can just avoid runs on the one or two days you fast (or not at all) I think I'll give it a try. Any runners have comments?

Hi Alma
Great review. Nobody should be hopeless in losing weight if they ever tried Eat Stop Eat. I've been doing it for four years, I lose weight and got rid of my bloating problem as well. Great product.

Alma,

Thanks for the review. I have been using Juice fasting for about a year and had some great results with my longest fast being 22 days. I was searching the internet for a way to take my success to the next level when I came across Eat Stop Eat. Being an experienced faster, I thought a 1 day fast would be a piece of cake and I was right. I am completing my first 1 day fast and have my second planned for later this week. I am really excited to think that this program can actually get me the lean look I am seeking. I started at 275 lbs and now weigh under 200 and have lost a ton on body fat. I know that fasting is the best way to lose body fat while retaining muscle and it has so many other benefits. I look forward watching my body transform in time for summer beach season.

I was able to cut my workout program in half with Eat Stop Eat! Then, I started to lose the weight. Isn’t that ironic? I slowed down the amount that I was exercising-then I lost weight! Your review is the best, Alma. Thanks so much for caring enough to share.
